This disclaimer explains what you can and cannot rely on when reading morigliolink.click. It supplements the legal notice and terms and conditions but does not replace them.
2. No professional advice
Articles in our guides, answers in the FAQ and service pages such as vocal recording, band recording, mixing, mastering, podcast recording and music for picture help you prepare. They are not legal, tax, medical or audiology advice. For sample clearance, covers or sync licensing you should consult your own adviser.
Guides like vocal warm-up, planning a band session, delivering stems and streaming loudness describe typical workflows in our studio; your project may differ.
3. No guaranteed outcome
Recording, mixing and mastering are creative services. We deliver agreed work with professional care, but the final sound also depends on your material, preparation and decisions. We do not guarantee playlist placement, a specific loudness on every platform or commercial success. Conformity and revision rules for paid work are in article 12 and article 14 of the terms.
4. Prices and availability
Rates on the site — for example €105 for Vocal and spoken-word recording or €1,190 for a band day — are guide prices including 21 % VAT. The binding amount is on your quote. Studio time and engineers are limited; a slot is firm only after confirmation and deposit as in article 4 and article 6.

6. Liability for site content
We update copy and rates regularly (last update 14 October 2026), but errors or outdated lines may remain. Relying on website text alone, without a quote or contract, is at your own risk; our liability is limited as permitted under Dutch law except for intent or wilful recklessness. Liability for a booked session is governed by article 14 of the terms.
