We operate the Morigliolink recording studio in Amsterdam since 2019, with 3 rooms: a live room of about 36 m², a booth of 7 m² and a control room of 20 m². We provide 16 mic inputs and 8 headphone sends; up to 6 musicians can play together in the live room. Opening hours: Monday to Friday 10:00–20:00, Saturday 10:00–18:00. Closed Sunday. By appointment only.

These details meet information duties for information-society services under Dutch civil law and the disclosure rules for a private limited company. Browsing the site or sending the contact form does not create a contract. How a session is booked is set out in our terms and conditions.

2. Trade register and tax

Morigliolink B.V. is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce. We state our registration number on quotes, invoices and this site as required by the Trade Register Act.

3. Management and responsibility

The sole managing director of Morigliolink B.V. is Lars van der Meer. He is also a recording and mix engineer and the first contact for questions about this website.

Sessions are delivered by the team described on about us. Only the company is contractually bound, not individual staff, except where mandatory law provides otherwise (for example intent or wilful recklessness).

We aim to reply within 1 business day. Directions: The studio is on Overtoom in Oud-West. Tram 1 (Overtoom stop) and tram 7 (Marnixplein stop) are a short walk away. From Amsterdam Zuid station, allow about 15 minutes on tram 1 towards Centraal. Bike racks are in front of the entrance; car parking is limited — use Q-Park Byzantium (Overtoom) or on-street spaces outside blue-zone hours.. An enquiry is not yet a booking; see article 4 of the terms.

6. FormSubmit and transfer to the United States

The contact form is processed through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a provider located in the United States. Your message — name, email, optional phone, chosen service, preferred date and text — passes through FormSubmit before reaching us at [email protected].

That is a transfer outside the European Economic Area. Where available we rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses (Article 46(2)(c) GDPR). As an additional basis, Article 49(1)(b) GDPR applies because the transfer is needed to respond to your quote request. 7. Purpose of the website

morigliolink.click presents our studio, services, rates, the guides and FAQ. You can send a request; there is no online checkout or user account. A contract is formed only after written confirmation by both parties, as described in article 4.

We work on an accessible site; progress and known gaps are in our accessibility statement. Maintenance, host outages or security measures may interrupt the site temporarily. Content limits are in the disclaimer.

8. Copyright and brand

Text, layout, code, the Morigliolink brand and images on morigliolink.click belong to Morigliolink B.V. or licensors and are protected by copyright. Copying or reuse beyond what the law allows (such as quotation) requires prior written consent.

We do not allow scraping of this site for text or data mining, including AI training, to the extent the law permits us to reserve those rights. Illustrations may be AI-generated and do not depict real client sessions. Your own music and recordings remain yours; see article 13 of the terms and delivering stems for a mix.
