1. Purpose of this statement
Morigliolink B.V. wants morigliolink.click and our services in Amsterdam to work for as many people as possible, including visitors with disabilities. This statement describes our measures, known limits and how to give feedback. It aligns with European accessibility rules for digital services where they apply to us.
The Dutch version of this page is authoritative; English is provided for information. Company details: legal notice.
2. Scope
This statement covers the website morigliolink.click (information on services, guides, FAQ and contact) and the physical studio at Overtoom 682, 1054 JT Amsterdam. External sites we link to (maps, app stores) are outside our control.
3. Standard and status
We aim for conformance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA on pages we publish. Full conformance everywhere is an ongoing effort; see «Known limitations» for open items.
We test regularly with keyboard navigation, 200 % zoom, contrast checks and screen readers (VoiceOver and NVDA). Last content review of this statement: 14 October 2026.
4. What we already do on the website
- Semantic HTML with a clear
mainlandmark, heading structure and skip link to content. - Form labels tied to fields; errors in plain language.
- Cookie banner without a wall: accept and reject are equally prominent; settings via .
- Alternative text on photos; decorative visuals without embedded text in images.
- Language attributes per page (Dutch / English) and a visible language switch.
- No autoplay with sound; video is rare and user-controlled.
Privacy and cookies: privacy policy and cookie policy.
5. Physical access to the studio
Our building on Overtoom in Oud-West has a street-level entrance with intercom. There is no large lift in the building; the studio is on the ground floor. Calling ahead on 020 737 0842 helps us arrange access, a quiet path or extra breaks. The studio is on Overtoom in Oud-West. Tram 1 (Overtoom stop) and tram 7 (Marnixplein stop) are a short walk away. From Amsterdam Zuid station, allow about 15 minutes on tram 1 towards Centraal. Bike racks are in front of the entrance; car parking is limited — use Q-Park Byzantium (Overtoom) or on-street spaces outside blue-zone hours.
Opening hours: Monday to Friday 10:00–20:00, Saturday 10:00–18:00. Closed Sunday. By appointment only.. For podcast and interview recording we can adjust tables and chairs; tell us your needs via contact.
6. Known limitations
We are still improving:
- Some decorative motion on the homepage may distract sensitive users; we honour reduced-motion system preferences where CSS allows.
- PDFs or attachments clients send are not validated for accessibility; we prefer delivery in common audio formats with clear file names.
- Map links open an external service with its own accessibility.
If you hit a barrier, describe the page or situation and your browser or assistive tech so we can test specifically.
7. Feedback and enforcement
Email [email protected] with subject «Accessibility» or call 020 737 0842. We acknowledge receipt and aim for a first reply within 1 business day. Where possible we fix the issue or offer a workaround and timeline.
If we cannot resolve it together, you may contact the Dutch Authority for Consumers and Markets or another competent body for service accessibility, depending on your case. We cooperate with investigations required by law.
8. Changes
We update this statement when the site or law changes. Version on this page: 14 October 2026. Earlier versions are available on request. Commercial terms: terms and conditions.
